New South Park Trailer Is Hilarious

A new trailer for South Park: The Stick of Truth, the forthcoming RPG from Obsidian Studios and THQ, kicked of Spike's Video Game Awards Friday night.

The trailer shows just how close the game comes to mimicking the look of the show. It looks fantastic. Jokes were rattled off, and the gameplay looked absolutely insane. It would appear that one of the special moves is the ability to fart fire. Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo can summon a poop tornado that tears across the battlefield. The game even delivers a great Star Trek joke. You'll have to play the game or watch the trailer for yourself to see it.

  • Waiting on you guys to get some more info on the Phantom Pain, specifically. That game honestly looked unsettling.

  • You welcome us to this South Park trailer article by telling us to "Check it Out", so it would be very reasonable to expect that you would actually have the video, since you invite us to see it in the damn title. A link, or the video embedded in the article would both have sufficed. Yet, when we open it and provide you the clicks that you live off of, there is neither. Now, I've seen some dirty tricks before, but I don't think I've ever seen Gameinformer sink so low as to tell us you will be providing us with a trailer, and then not deliver it when we supply you with the click.

Shame. Clicks aren't everything. Loyalty and respecting your customers will get you a lot further.
  • Heaven forbid you provide a link.....
  • High Jew Elf...hilarious!

Side note: This was basically live coverage from GI and the VGAs. If you're complaining that there's no link, please stop and attempt to use common sense. There's a reason why none of the VGA articles have videos attached to them.
