The lights are on
Fans better start saving for State of the Art Toys' premium sculpt of Darksiders II's two heroes.
The Death and Despair resin statue stands 12" tall and includes LEDs to make the "unearthly flames" glow as they should. The lights are powered via USB or standard AC power.
Pre-orders are open now for the $249.99 statue. It's expected to release in mid-February 2013.

As cool as Death was I wouldn't even consider Despair to be anything close to a hero in the game. He was even less important that Ruin was thanks to the abundance of dungeons and fast-travel capabilities.

Who buys these things? Who is really gonna waste $250 on a silly Darksiders 2 action figure statue? Hell, you could buy a new PS3 or even a Wii U for that price. I just don't get it. Oh well, I'm sure some idiot will buy it.
gorgeous figure. i won't even buy the game, as the first one was soo stupid trying to get thru the first chapter (Tiamit, i think that was the name) that was the most incredibly stupid boss battle especially for the first chapter. but gorgeous statue and the price as stupid as...
