The lights are on
Bethesda says that once development on Dragonborn, the upcoming expansion for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, is completed for PlayStation 3 next year the team will focus on finishing the first two add-on content Hearthfire and Dawnguard.
"On PS3 in particular, we turned our attention to Dragonborn, as we thought it was the best content to release first, and we didn’t want folks to wait longer," Bethesda said. "Once it’s ready to go for everyone, we’ll continue our previous work on Hearthfire and Dawnguard for PS3.
"Each one takes a lot of time and attention to work well in all circumstances and all combinations of DLC. Once we have a better idea of release timing and pricing, we’ll let you know."

Sorry Bethesda, should've done something sooner. I have more stable games to play anyway.
Too late, I already traded in my PS3 version for a used Xbox copy (didn't want Bethesda getting double my money for the same damn game).
Maybe it would be easier to believe if they actually told anyone what the problem is rather than just repeating, "We're working on it," over and over again. To tell you the truth I've already given up on them so it's unlikely that I'll get any of the dlc for this game.
Woohoo! I'mo be a vampire god-king!
If they are having trouble with the dlc, i would sell the dlc as a "separate game" than when the player starts up the dlc and installs it, it will be implemented into their Skyrim. I wish i did have Skyrim though, i just hope that i'm not late to the party when i do get it.
Too late, already traded it. Plus I had zero interest in the first 2 DLCs, anyway.
Excellent, I've been waiting for an excuse to dive back into Skyrim
Well I don't want to hold my breath but I am getting a bit excited for the New DLC to come out.
Can't wait!
Ya know, I'd kinda like some of the bugs to be fixed first. Like the fact that my ps3 freezes if the camera GOES UNDER WATER.
I feel so stupid for buying this game on PS3. Wish I would have purchased it on 360 instead.
Why don't they just release it for PS3 at the same time at Xbox 360? There you go problem solved.
I honestly think Bethesda has screwed themselves with the PS3 community. I personally loved the game and have had few problems, but I know I was one of the lucky few. So many others had a broken game, and while Bethesda has fixed many issues, I imagine a large amount of the PS3 Skyrim community are just fed up with it, not to mention that many have sold their copy. I guess Bethesda thinks they will have a sudden boom in PS3 sales if, and yes, I said if (still skeptical), they release the DLC next year. Either way, I hope it does come out with very few problems and Skyrim continues to thrive, cause at the end of the day, it's still a damn good game.
This cool and all, but I lost interest a while ago, the hype has died down. I'll keep my money.
still yet to play it and doubt i will at this point.
I USED TO BE A PS3 ADVENTURER LIKE YOU, UNTIL I TOOK A BETHESDA D*@K TO THE ASS!!!!!
The real questions aren't if or when the DLC for Skyrim will ever become awailable or if they will ever fix the game itself. The real questions are why these issues are continually swept under the rug or deflected and why hasn't there been a class action law suit against Bethesda? Knowingly putting out a defective product for millions of PS3 users is a crime. Plain and simple.
I think that skyrim is one of the best games i'v ever played and can't wait for the PlayStation3 DLC to come out
Thank God! I almost gave up hope!
