Today we are teased with a brief look up the upcoming trailer for The Last of Us. The new footage, all eight seconds of it, shows a dude about to get a machete to the head. The full trailer airs on Spike TV during the VGAs this Friday.

    This game is an auto-buy for me. This games looks so promising. I'm going to watch the VGA's but I just watch it for the trailers, the choices they make are so biased.

    I reckon he is going to pick up the knife and give it back to the man who frightened accidentally dropped it, and then tell him a story about being careful and then carry on walking, and then upon exiting the building gets on a velociraptor which also happens to have wings of a great eagle and flies into the sunset thinking about the poor frightened man and the lesson he has taught him.... Did I mention he also has a house on a rainbow covered in chocolate sprinkles?

    Got it pre-ordered, while there are other games I would love to play this is the one I'm going to get for sure.  That 8 seconds was just per amazing.
