The lights are on
Team Ninja's Yosuke Hayashi announced in a video today that Dead or Alive 5 is heading to the Vita early next year.
The video comes from IGN Pro League's YouTube channel, which you can see below. Hayashi also announced that the the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will be receiving a major patch next year, as well.

So a day or two after they say there is nothing to look forward to on the vita a multi-million dollar franchise announces that they will release their new game for it?
I'm excited, and to all the vita haters, it sucks that you dont like these, they are incredible machines.
Niiice. Now to complete my wishlist, here's to hoping Virtua Fighter comes to the Vita in some shape or form.
Looks pretty good
Also Ninja Gaiden Sigma 3 is coming to PS3 and 360 in March 2013. Amazon France listed it by accident
We should have gotten this on wii u
wow.... didn't realize DOA was such a despised game.... there's so much negativity within the gaming community these days. Oh well, can't please em all.

Sweet, now Dan has a reason to play his Vita.
This is awesome news. I'd love to play this on the go. :)
I'd get that game just for the giggle physics on the go and i get my @s$ handed to me in fighters
I hope that means the PS3 version will go down in price.
The fighting genre is quite well represented on the PS Vita. With games like MvC, Blazeblue, PS:ASBRA, and now this.
