People Really Want Grand Theft Auto V On PC

Rockstar Games won't directly comment on whether or not a PC version of Grand Theft Auto V is in development, but that hasn't stopped fans from wanting to make their voices heard.

A new online petition surfaced recently that has over 40,000 signatures already, asking for 100,000 total. Rockstar's official statement on a PC version said: "For those asking about the PC platform, we're currently focused on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game and don't have any details to share about a PC version at this time."

Grand Theft Auto IV saw a PC release while Red Dead Redemption has not. Other Rockstar titles Max Payne 3 and L.A. Noire also saw PC releases.

    I just want it on Xbox soon. Im really excited for it. Hope they release in April, but probably not.

    I'd like to get it on PC at some point, but my main platform is 360 so I don't mind waiting a few months after its initial release.

    If only this could happen for the TimeSplitters petition.... *Sigh* Anyways, R* should put it on PC. The GTA PC community is already large, and mods make every game better.

    Not sure why there wouldn't be a PC version after all of the awesome crazy community mods

    Thanks for the heads up on the petition - I'm certainly among the ranks who would MUCH rather be playing GTA V on PC.

    I think it will be on released on PC because it will just mean more sales for the game.

    Apart from Red Dead Redemption, I can't think of too many Rockstar games that didn't eventually get a PC port.

    It's fine if they focus on the console like the always do, I just would like to know if they will release it on pc or not. I'd rather they do it right than just port it over.

    I'm gonna play it on my PS3 but it would be nice if PC gamers could play it too. Also the youtube videos that the modders will make are sure to be hilarious.

    I would love it. SO. HARD. Just imagine if it had Steam Workshop support...Max Payne 3 was very impressive on PC but this is GTA..

    PC's definitely the better platform for this series, so why r* is so silent about that platform I have no idea. If I had the choice, I'd get the game on PC for sure

    I don't play games on my PCM but I am aware that it looks a hell of a lot better on it. Rockstar, make the game on PCM so people can be happy.
