This really makes me sad. I was one of the early subscribers and was given a free copy of Dragon Warrior as a thank you. So long Nintendo Power, you will always have a special place in my childhood.

I've been reading Nintendo Power on and off since I was a kid. Seriously I was reading that magazine when the Super Nintendo was the coolest thing around.

It's such a shame to see them go.

I remember Nintendo Power since I was a kid. The fantastic covers, and this one really takes the cake when it comes to paying tribute. I'll be crying over this in a few days once I get it. Most likely.

This type of thing illustrates how the Nintendo brain works, brilliant end to an era.

I had Nintendo Power back in the day.  I used to love reading them.  Hats off to them for their journalism and 25 years of keeping salivating fans happy.  You will be missed guys, good luck in your next endeavors.
