The lights are on
Today is Pong's 40th Anniversary. Atari is celebrating it's most historic title with a new mobile game called Pong World and a contest for a Atari 2600-themed Xbox 360.
Pong World just released, and it looks like a fun little update to the arcade classic. And it's free! Check out the trailer:
Atari is also running a contest where one luck winner will win a one-of-a-kind Xbox 360 modded to look like an old school Atari 2600 complete with an attached LCD Screen. Check out an image below, and enter to win the system here.

Free Pong? Oh, can I? For true?
I will get the app and I will also really want to win that awesome modded 360
*waiting for andriod or ios version*
No Android? No F*cks given!
That is one of the best custom 360s I've seen yet. There is a guy I go to school with who makes custom laptop 360s like this. He did mine for $50 plus cost of material. I like the look of this one a bit better though.
Wicked... Now if only i was 18...
Well deserved for Pong. If it wasn't for arcade games' success and aid for the industry, we might not be on this site right now.
I want there to be a Windows Phone 8 version for the free game...
And so began the era of the video game. So beautiful.
That is badass... but meh facebook contest, screw that.
Just going to assume there's no way to enter if you don't have a Facebook account... ='(
Classic.
Retro gamers rejoice!
