Halo 4 Map Packs Dated?

Microsoft and developer 343 Industries have already outlined Halo 4's map packs, but specific dates for the DLC may have just leaked.

A forum user over at The Halo Council has spotted an advertisement on the German Xbox 360 Dashboard that appears to reveal the dates for the game's DLC map packs.

The Crimson Map pack hits on December 10 (including the Wreckage, Shatter (above), and Harvest maps), Majestic is on February 25 (Landfall, Monolith, Skyline), and Castle hits on April 1 (Daybreak, Outcast, Perdition). Developer 343 Industries has not confirmed the information.

Already? Isn't it best to wait a little longer so that you grab the player just as he is starting to get bored? Well, good for Halo fans I guess.

Any ideas if the new maps will be fully usable in Forge (I.e. being able to place structure, not just move spawn points an stuff?) I miss having a huge canvas like Reach's Forgeworld.

This might be the first time I ever buy a map pack. Halo 4 is the best multiplayer experience I have ever played. (NOTE: MMOs don't do it for me)

anyone take the halo 4 iq quiz on the dashboard? it is messed up. the last Q is storm rifle. but no matter what you pic it will say your answer is suppreser and when you pic suppreser it saya you got it right.

Good, I'm tired of the lack of maps. My only issue with this pack is that it's coming way too early, just a little over a month from release. There should have been more maps to begin with.

But hey, I love Halo, so I'll buy the season pass and I'll be glad to get some new maps. Though I hope 343 will start making multiplayer maps in Forge and inset them into the playlists for free.
