Call of Duty: Black Ops II received its first patch on Xbox 360. It goes to to show that even games that make $500 million need a little help. The full patch notes won't release until tomorrow, but Treyarch design director David Vonderhaar said that the patch will fix the Theater Mode UI error 226117, an Escort Drone glitch, and a Dragonfire glitch in which the weapon doesn't deploy.

Vonderhaar said that Treyarch is working with Sony to get the PlayStation 3 patch ready.

I know this probably isn't the right space to do it, but since you can't comment on reviews, I'll settle for a related article. I just read the WiiU review of Black Ops 2, and it scored lower than the other versions, despite everything being virtually the same, because less people bought the game? That's weaksauce Dan.

HAHA that Escort Drone glitch happened to me where I got it in a care package got a few kills with it...i respawned and the d*mn thing was in the ground...killing me and my teammates....LMAO u could see the rotors choppin everybody up...IT WAS AWESOME

jmpittman860220...... It's called skills. You forget. people have been playing this since the first Call Of Duty came out. I think my reaction skills would be that high too if I played non stop every day like a hardcore gamer too.

Why can't they have the patch for both systems at the same time? It's always "xbox first" when it comes to COD. Real annoying.

Hopefully when the PS3 patch comes it will fix some of the load times. Zombies takes for ever to load the freaking menu for me.
