Cosplayer Builds Impressive Halo Armor

User LilTyrant over at the 405th Infantry Division message board has posted an impressive walkthrough and a few pictures of what is undoubtedly some of the best homemade Halo armor ever created.

At first glance, I thought this was a photo of a Halo action figure, but that's LilTyrant in the armor. Head here to check out the message board posting to see the process and a few more pictures.
