  • This explains why I'm so smart... Crash Team Racing and Fallout 3 are the reasons I'm smart. Wow...
  • The person above me is a male and the person below me owes you ten dollars.
  • Dude, this list is AWESOME!
  • I've learned tons about cars thanks to Forza.
  • Wait a minute... You're telling me that sitting on my butt for hours a day to play what I love is good for me?!? Well... I'm never leaving the room again! (Besides the occasional food trip and Gamestop)
  • 999 taught me about digital roots. :)
  • Heh and my dad says gaming is bad :P

  • Ya I'd love to put this on a presentation for the older generations who think gaming only has negative effects and see what kinda of theories and negative thoughts appear.
  • I normally have really slow reflexes and reaction time, but for the last few months I've been playing Theatrhythm: FF and I've noticed both have greatly improved. Hurray video games!

  • I knew there was a deeper reason.
  • So this explains why: I react faster(Bayonetta) I know more about physics(portal) i can see my house FROM HERE!!! (Halo) yup, video games are good for something.
  • Omigosh I hate videos and would rather have the traditional text list. I obviously didn't watch the vid, but I've known since I was 2 years old that gaming is healthy in the respect that it makes you smarter.

I'm filled to the brim with cool stuff I learned from my 18 years (I'm 20) of gaming. My reflexes are sharper, critical thinking skills better, understanding of physics way better, and I know plenty of terms that are hard to come by outside of games or by having a college degree. The only thing that would hold the health benefits back is the sedentary act of gaming itself. But moving during loading scenes and lobbies or taking breaks every now and then fixes that. Unfortunately games like Skyrim exist where I'll sit in the same spot for hours on end.

  • Virtue's Last Reward taught me about a certain thought experiment that I don't know if I can say without spoiling the game >.>
  • This is amazing. I am sharing this.

  • Finally someone who agrees with me and my fellow gamers

  • And we were all taught that video games rot our brains.

  • FINALLY. a video worth showing to our parents. :D

  • got 99 problems but a game aint one!
