The lights are on
Developer Funcom is preparing to release Issue 4 for The Secret World, entitled Big Trouble In the Big Apple, and the content update features the game's first raid, among other things.
The next issue goes live sometime in November, and apart from the Times Square raid (uniting the different secret societies), it also updates parts of the PvP gameplay, offers a new auxiliary weapon (the chainsaw), and even lets you create your own stage play(!).

Is this actually good?
Well I'll ask my friend what he thinks of it.
Only reason I stopped playing this game is because the combat isn't very satisfying, and I found I didn't like the system of how we get new skills.
Other than that, the story gets really interesting, the enviroment and creature design are fenomenal. Even if the game isn't great, I would love to see other things from the same world, comics, movies, TV-shows and stuff.
This game is ok. The Story is great, but the battling is less than inspiring. Picking skills is another issue, Powers in each weapon set seem very similair and you have to take so many you don't want just to unlock one you do.
Argh. If it wasn't for the subscription fee I would have already jumped back in, I miss the secret world. We'll see...
don't like subscription games
