The lights are on
A YouTube video surfaced last night of one Call of Duty fan trying to install Black Ops 2 on his PC, only to later find out the game's second disc is actually for Mass Effect 2. Whoops! It's still unclear how widespread this purported issue is. Activision has been reached for comment.
Game package screw ups happen from time to time. Heck, earlier today it was discovered demo discs for The Lego Lord of the Rings were in retail boxes. But to have different data printed on a disc from a different publisher and a nearly three year old game is astonishing.
The video below contains foul language.
a couple of years ago I bought a silent of the lambs, hanibal double feature from walmart. the silence of the lambs disc was there but the hanibal disc was the hanibal special features disc. Funny I didnt even take it bakc to the store. I honestly could have cared less that I didnt get that crappy movie.
Wow. What are the odds?
Hmm... wondering what Activision is doing with that EA product. Heheh.
Maybe they felt like giving you a better game?
An EA game on a Activision disk?
So Treyarch is trying to pass off Black Ops 2 as Mass Effect 2 not thinking we would notice eh...just kidding. That sucks though.
EPIC FAIL!!! How did Activision and EA discs get so mixed up.
Hey what now, hot happy with Mass Effect 2 ? I would be happier with that than with blops2...
I'm sorry, but thats hilarious.
Geez... between this and Lego Lord of the Rings, it sounds like a good time to go all-digital.
Haha! At least ME2 is a better game.
Well, they did say what you do in the campaign would affect the ending.
It's not that bad- half of ME2 is better than the majority of BO2... ;-)
its trying to tell you Mass Effect > Cod
People asked for some difference but not this much.
I don't understand why he's complaining.
Haha. This is too funny.
