The lights are on
A YouTube video surfaced last night of one Call of Duty fan trying to install Black Ops 2 on his PC, only to later find out the game's second disc is actually for Mass Effect 2. Whoops! It's still unclear how widespread this purported issue is. Activision has been reached for comment.
Game package screw ups happen from time to time. Heck, earlier today it was discovered demo discs for The Lego Lord of the Rings were in retail boxes. But to have different data printed on a disc from a different publisher and a nearly three year old game is astonishing.
The video below contains foul language.
If they didn't rush out a sequel every year, we wouldn't be having issues like this. Also, you know he's not in New York because of the double gulp.
Same disk manufacturer probably messed this one up, not treyarchs fault... but it may end up being treyarchs problem.
Big gulps huh? Well, see ya later...
I hope he was able to take it back to the store and get it exchanged. if they dont believe him then all he needs to do is show his video. If Activision doesn't do anything about it then I would never purchase a game published by Activision. (if i was him) . As for the game itself, Im not a fan of CoD any more. But If i purchase a game for pc I would always go digitally. Not even deal with discs.
Oh my god! Its a mirage! I'm tellin' y'all, it's a sabotage!
I thought it was the ACTUAL ME2 disc, I didn't realize it was ME2 WITH A BLOPS II LABEL! Wow, great day for games...
Wow. That was pretty wild.
This probably has tons of views now :)
that was so funny, that sucks for the dude who got it but it is still funny
It's for the best.
