Peter Molyneux Personally Apologizes For Problems Affecting Curiosity

Curiosity: What's Inside the Cube, the iOS game (experiment?) from Peter Molyneux and his new development studio 22 Cans, launched earlier this week, and it is currently exceeding expectations to the point of causing problems.

More people have started playing than expected, and they are tapping more blocks than expected, and it's causing server problems. 22 Cans wants to make sure that everyone knows that they are hard at work getting it fixed, and they themselves are not pleased that the servers are inaccessible. Check out the informational/apologetic video below.

  • From what I hear of this guy he needs to apologize for quite a few things.
  • This is the same guy who struggles to see anything good out of Nintendo. Thanks Peter for making The Movies game, the only one worth mentioning.
  • I'm really having a hard time resisting the urge to make a sarcastic remark about how the fact that there's a problem with PM's ambitious new project doesn't surprise me. ...Damn it.
  • Huh, was always a bit curious about this game. Wonder how it plays.
  • Hmm i havent encounterd any problems . . . Yet

  • Thats okay Molyneux, I stopped caring six years ago.
  • Haha, not the first time I've seen that headline.

  • Yeah, who could have possibly predicted that a lot of people would be playing a game from one of the most popular figures in the industry.
  • Just change the headline to: "Peter Molyneux Personally Apologizes For ________".
  • It's going to be even worse when people finally finish it and realize that the "life changing secret" is a huge let-down.
  • seems odd. oh well, goodluck!

  • Well, hopefully it's fixed soon. It looks line an curious game.

  • Why does he bash the Wii U's gamepad but make games for iOS?
  • this guy just never delivers
  • I see the problem! They're using Macs!
  • Peter Molyneux has more talent in his pinky nail then ninety-nine percent of the idiots passing judgement. Every article that GI posts on-line is followed by the same type of negative comments. I know most readers have to be tired of every article's follow up comment section getting hi-jacked by the same miserable basement dwellers. Good luck to the team working their asses off to bring us a different experience.
  • I hope no one posts spoilers for this game

Also I believe 'what' in the UK is spelled 'wot'
  • Why does it seem like every time this guy releases something there is always disappointment?
