The lights are on
A listing for a game titled Uncharted: Fight for Fortune from Sony Computer Entertainment has appeared on Australia and Brazil's ratings board websites.
The Australian classification is light on e details, but the listing on the Brazilian site describes the game as a casino/card game for the Vita. The game is being developed by a studio called One Loop Games, who lists two secret projects under the projects tab of its website. Further confirming the game's existence, Sony's president of worldwide studios Shuhei Yoshida retweeted a link about the game that was posted by Gamespot.com.
Speculation says that this will probably be something closer to a downloadable minigame with the Uncharted brand, but who knows. Maybe it will be more that.

Sounds like it is just a social game for Vita/PS3. It will probably be a $10 PSN download.

"Casino/Card game" EEEEWWWW. I saw the Gamespot article last night and was actually a little excited for the game, but... a card game? Based on Uncharted of all things? WHY?

Gunna need some more info on this before i judge it.
I don't think I'll be getting this game if it is legit. I'm sorry but when I play Uncharted I like them to feel like I'm in the middle of action. I have a strong feeling that by playing an Uncharted card game I'll feel like something is missing; the action that makes the gameplay fantastic.

Meh, not really a bit deal. Just cashing out on the Uncharted name and it's not made by Naughty Dog, not good or bad.

A casino/card game, huh?. . . Do you get to shoot the loser? Was hoping for an Uncharted 4 with this news. Oh well, hope a smoking, drinking, swearing Drake holding cards will be entertaining in some fashion. Drake deserves better!
