The lights are on
BioWare confirmed Mass Effect 3 for Wii U contains an interactive back story for both Mass Effect 1 and 2. Additionally, download content From Ashes, the Extended Cut, Rebellion, Resurgence and Earth multiplayer packs, and a bonus heavy weapon, are all included on the disc, BioWare says.
"The updated version will allow Wii U players to get the back story of Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 and will allow them to make decisions at key story points," said BioWare producer Melanie Faulknor. "These choices will then create a save game for you that can be imported into the game, opening up more storylines for each player.
The Wii U special edition of Mass Effect 3 is available for the Wii U launch on November 18.

Cool?
Okay then? I much prefer my 360 version of Mass Effect 3 however I do appreciate the idea for the WiiU. At least WiiU is getting some good games. (Still looking forward to ZombiU more)
Would I love to get the first 2 games? Absolutely. This is definitely the next best thing.
I will be adding this to the my Wii U day 1 titles.
Not that good of a package, IMO. Yea, its great that this is getting the DLC. Ideally though, this should have been the trilogy plus the DLC.
well that makes up for paying the same price as the trilogy on 360 and PS3 ;)
the trilogy is better.
