Borderlands 2 Sales Bolster Take-Two
In a financial report for the second quarter of the current fiscal year, Take-Two praised the success of Borderlands 2, for both its traditional retail and digital sales.
Borderlands 2 has shipped five million retail units to date, and the company calls the game, "one of the most successful releases in [subsidiary 2K Games'] history."
Digital sales for Borderlands 2, its DLC, as well as other titles such as XCOM (which the company also said was doing well) also contributed to 2K's recent fiscal report.
