The lights are on
With Halo 4's release just a few weeks away, Microsoft outlined the post-release content plans for the game. The War Games Map Pass gives you a 15 percent discount if you purchased all the upcoming maps individually.
The pass costs $24.99 USD2 (2,000 Microsoft Points) and gives you access to three War Games map packs as they become available. Additionally, purchasers receive two in-game helmets (‘Scanner’ and ‘Strider’) as well as a unique in-game emblem (‘Falcon’).
The Halo 4 War Games Map Pass is included as part of the Limited Edition Halo 4 game, Microsoft says.
Below are the War Games map details:
Crimson Map Pack (December release timeframe)
Majestic Map Pack (February release timeframe)
Castle Map Pack (April release timeframe)
The way it's worded, it sounds like Skyline is a Headlong remake. I hope I'm right.
This is a brilliant marketing scheme. Cheaper for people who know they will want all three so big bonus to the customer. Incentive for people to buy the package in case they want all three. And finally even if people aren't playing the game out this far they still purchased the season pass so Microsoft still gets more money then they'd get if the customer bought one or two map packs
I want Waterworks!
