The lights are on
An image of Desmond from Assassin's Creed III standing over what appears to be some kind of present-day fighting tournament has been uncovered by fans online.
The image comes from the Hacked History Webgame promoting Assassin's Creed III. The image above (which can be enlarged by clicking) is the reward for fans completing the game. User rockman zx posted the image on NeoGaf in order to begin the dissection. If you look closely below the image of the man's face on the large display, you can see a QR code, which can be scanned and apparently leads you here. It's a site that allows users to input codes.
Right now people are finding numbers hidden throughout the image and entering them into the site.
Assassin's Creed III is set for release on October 30.

It would be really interesting to see how they do combat in modern times (if they choose to do that).
