Call of Duty Elite Misses Wii U Launch
Call of Duty Black Ops II is available for the Wii U's November 18 launch. It's online Elite service won't be.
"We are currently evaluating the option for Call of Duty Elite to support Nintendo's Wii U game system," a spokesperson for the publisher said in a statement. "However, with details for the Wii U just recently revealed, we're not able to have Call of Duty Elite available for the Wii U when the new system launches on November 18."
Activision recently announced all of Elite's features will be free going forward and instead opted for a Season Pass of download content for the game.
