The lights are on
The folks over at Riot Games, the developer behind the massively successful (as this infographic will confirm) League of Legends have put together an interesting presentation on just how many people are playing the popular MOBA.
You can click the image above to see the full graphic which says that League of Legends has 32 million active players who die 6.5 million times a day. They also play a cumulative one billion hours a month, compared to Halo players which have only played a paltry two billion hours since 2004.

LOL look at all these haters, looks like everybody is jelly that Riot had the balls to make the first official moba game.
Wow. Also, this was all good- until it came at Gangnam Style of course. ;-)
I'm proud to be part of these stats!
In other news, PC gaming is dead.
Very interesting and impressive infograph. Who knew this game would get so big in such a short time, it's free of course, but they compelled enough people to download it.
Interesting stats....didn't know that many people played that game
WoW. Oops, wrong game;)
75 teemo kills per second: does this mean we get a zombie teemo skin?
Wow that is impressive. I have not yet gotten into LoL, but a game can't be this popular and be played this much without being really good so I may have to get into it soon.
good to know that league of legends is a freakin' sausage fest.....
that is impressive
