The lights are on
Electronic Arts revealed today that the new Medal of Honor Warfighter open beta is only days away from launch. Available only on Xbox 360, the new beta will feature the new multiplayer mode called Hotspot, in which players defend different points scattered around the Sarajevo Stadium map that’s part of the full game. When you play, you’ll be able to adopt any one of the 12 Tier 1 units available for play in the game, like the British SAS or U.S. Navy Seal. The final game will include 72 different units to choose between.
If you’re interested in the beta, check out the video below from Danger Close senior game designer Daniel Wiksten, where you’ll also see some glimpses of the game in action.

Sounds cool, so you pick the special forces you like best from around the world? That's what I got from reading that. Whats the purpose of doing this? Does it dictate how you level up, or what you unlock and use?
Awesome, I hope they include the JTF2 in the beta.
Open betas are cool. This close to release it should be more of a demo, though, unless it's to test their servers.
Xbox only :,( wish this wasn't true
With Black Ops II in Nov, the lack of PS3 inclusion in the Beta is reason enough for me to wait for a used copy, provided the game even does well.
really they made bf3 ps3 and all now they switch to xbox :( time to download it on my xbox it is
One of the few Xbox 360 betas that I can think of hearing that wasn't a first party title. Good for Xbox fans, I guess.
This will determine if i preorder it or not
