Forza Horizon Season Pass Detailed

Microsoft detailed the Forza Horizon season pass of content. The pass costs you $49.99 (4,000 Microsoft Points) and gives you automatic access the first expansion pack available on December 18 and six car packs as they're released through the next year.

Each car pack includes six vehicles. Season Pass purchases also get access to five exclusive season pass vehicles and the launch day pack. The pass is available on October 23, the same day the game launches.

Microsoft says the pass represents a 17 percent in overall savings.

Reminds me of how getting MW3 Hardened gave me all the DLC for free...though I only paid $20 extra for that. If I even get this game I think I would rather miss out on a few cars and get the expansion pack separately, put the extra ~$30 towards another game.

Something told me... EVENTUALLY the season pass for Forza 4 is going to go on sale, sure enough, nabbed it for 15$ during the one day sale direct from Xbox Live. Probably going to go the same route again with Horizon, if the on-disc selection is even half as good as it is with 4.

Did they ever announce any real customization in this game ? Like for example would we be able to customize cars like in Forza 4 ? And 49.99 for a season pass ? Idk about that but they must have some reeeeaall good stuff coming out for the season pass to be that much

I'll buy the game but I'm not going to fall for the season pass crap these devs are throwing out these days. I'd rather put that money into another full priced game such as Dishonored, AC3, etc.

Ha, they think just because COD and BF3 have sold well w/ their $50 passes that they can do it too. Sorry, now I'm not going to buy this game at all. Talk about your all time backfires!!! This is hilarious, this "game" has gone from a Forza 4 expansion DLC to a "full game" and now they have upped it to a $110 purchase to go all in. Sorry, try again.
