The lights are on
If you were already interested in buying Company of Heroes 2, you'll like what publisher THQ has cooked up.
If you pre-order the game from "participating retailers" (THQ's press release does not specify which ones) receive two vehicle skins, with "selected retailers" (again, ambiguous) guaranteeing access to CoH 2's closed beta. There are other options available for preordering on Steam, Origin, and ShopTHQ, which you can read about for yourself on THQ's site.
The Digital Collector's Edition was also announced, which includes an in-game badge, two tank skins, and three single-player pieces of DLC (when they are released). It also includes the Command Pass, which grants access to bonus multiplayer maps as well as other perk. The Digital Collector's Edition of of the game costs $99.
Company of Heroes 2 releases sometime in 2013.

This is awesome.
Already pre-ordered. This worked really well with X-COM on PC. Also I can't wait to get the Nazi/German hats for Hat Fortress through this game.
VERY Glad there will be a Beta. a good way to balance the Multiplayer before it gets released.
Yes, now this game looks awesome!
nice
I loved CoH1 and its expansions. I can't wait for CoH2, but the in-game currency, XP boosters and all... I hope this isn't actually CoHO2.
damn... a hundred bucks for something you can't even hold? that's steep.
