The lights are on
Konami confirmed the North American release date for Zone of the Enders HD Collection for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game arrives on October 30 and includes a demo of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
The collection includes remastered versions of Zone of the Enders and the European special edition version of Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner. Also included is a brand new opening animation and up-resed renders of the original opening animations, Konami says.
This is good news. Come Halloween, I intend to get this, the God of War saga, and another $40 game for free with this Best Buy coupon I just got for their Gamer Zone Rewards Program.

Excellent. I've been wanting to play a Kojima game that wasn't Metal Gear related, and I wasn't aware of these until a year or two ago.

Ive only played Zone of the Enders: The Fist of Mars and I have to say if the story is as mature and deep as that game, then I'm definitely getting this collection... once the price drops that is; Halo 4 and DS3 have my wallet on standby.

Haha, using the same trick they did for the original Zone of the Enders with the MGS2 demo! I'd like to try this, but my holiday season wish list is already bigger than I can afford.

Second Runner is one of the best games of all time. And yes, I've played it recently - it most definitely holds up. CANNOT WAIT to replay it in HD.
ZOE1 is okay.
Also, Metal Gear Rising looks pretty awesome. I definitely wanna check out the demo. So this package is sounding pretty great.
