I'm pretty sure the elder scrolls series is on a mission to link up every video game universe possible, I mean it even has a pacman reference.

It's cool seeing how everybody links up, but the whole real world "theory" is kinda dumb. I mean, they're just cameos. There are very few games that have no easter eggs like this. And just because it's a cameo doesn't mean it's canon.

Though, seeing how Mario is related to Kratos was very cool.

Here's another Link. Dante appears in Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne, which establishes that every MegaTen series is related. Then Dante appears in various Capcom vs games, thus linking Shin Megami Tensei right into the net.

For some reason, I have a lot of fun picturing Video Game characters as they would appear in other series. For example, with Legend of Zelda, I've come up with an Mass Effect upgrade tree for Link and who Zelda would have as a Persona (complete with an Arcana, the High Priestess).
