This is good news. I haven't played Xenoblade Chronicles, but I heard good things about it and the company behind it. I'll be playing that soon. Also, I might give the Wii U a shot now that the focus is no longer family titles. I stopped playing my Wii after SSB Brawl and only picked it up again to play Skyward Sword. I'm confident that this system will be able to keep me interested.

Just started Xenoblade. Not deep enough in to form a fair opinion, but it is good to see some development support for the U. Love Nintendo games, but I don't want to own three next gen consoles again.

I seriously hope its either a sequel/new iteration on Xenoblade or a sequel to Baten Kaitos

HELL YEAH! I unfortunately still haven't beat Xenoblade, but I will...and I definitely support anything Monolith is doing.

More great news for the Wii U.

Now HERE'S a good reason to own a Wii U!  I can't wait to see what these guys have in store.

I'm thrilled to hear this, but know full well how Reggie mistreated their last game--basically ignoring it for two years and only releasing it when it was already localized in English and only because they had no other games coming out--and then, they grossly limited it's release to only one store chain, and didn't advertise it.

Basically, I guess if you like Reggie, you hate Xenoblade Chronicles and Monolith Soft.  Because he sure as hell hated that game.

This info was leaked last summer shortly after European xenoblade release. I'm very happy this is true ( wasn't really expecting it to not be). Xenoblade is one of the bast games i've played in my life, and took me back to secret of mana days ( also i've found out that it was made by same core team of people ). I can't wait for this game and i hope sincerely that it's gonna be as good or maybe even better then xenoblade, although i can imagine it must be very difficult to top that.

As someone who is currently in the middle of Xenoblade (according to a walkthrough guide that I looked at only to see how far I was in the game) and 60 hours deep,  I can easily say this game is amazing and the team behind it I give a lot of credit too.  For those of you who have played it, you know what I am talking about.  To those of you who have yet to get this game....shame on you!  This is amazing news to hear that they are working something for WiiU.  Let us hope that we get at least 2 games from this developer this system cycle, because I can easily say that, as an RPG fan, Xenoblade is one of the best games of the year, and anything from this team will be a welcome addition to a current roster that is lacking in the RPG scene.

That'd be cool, an HD remake of Xenoblade. But, I honsetly hope for something new. And perhaps not branded 'Xeno'.

Quick question, is Xenoblade related to XenoSaga? Same developer and similar names. Xenosaga was one of my favorite series ever.
