The lights are on
Konami is asking websites to remove the Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes trailer revealed last weekend at the Penny Arcade Expo due to a licensing issue with a song used in the footage.
At this time it's unclear what song is causing the problem. One possibility is the song "Here's To You" by Ennio Morricone and Joan Baez, though that remains unconfirmed. Konami was unable to say whether or not a new version of the trailer would be released at a later date.
Konami has been contacted for additional comment.
Man, I haven't even been able to finish watching it yet.
Trailer is all over video sharing sites by now, I guess they'll be attacking the likes of Youtube and such now.
NOOOOOSSS!!! I hope they put it back up
Wow.
F-F-F-fail.
This trailer is beautiful! Don't take it down!
That's pretty lame considering how amazing that trailer was. :/
From now on, no music! It could offend people and betray licensing agreements in the process! And while we're at it, no voice acting! They might accidentally put in the part where the actor said the f-bomb when he messed up his line! That betrays trust!
Good Move, show a trailer then take it away is a good way to create more buzz.
