The lights are on
During Ted Price's PAX Prime keynote, the Insomniac co-founder announced an all-new intellectual property, Fuse.
We happen to know that Fuse is a reworking of Overstrike, the 4-player co-op title that Insomniac announced during E3 2011. It seems that the title has been overhauled since then. Insomniac Games also tweeted out the above screenshot. The FuseGame website currently features a countdown clock that expires on September 12, so we should be getting more details then.
In the meantime check out the announce trailer of Overstrike from last year:

Look everyone! A new IP!!
Weird. This game looks cool though, it looks a lot like Borderlands with a more futuristic vibe, and of course Nolan North.
Sounds cool. Can't wait for September 12th. I'm still sad that Insomniac is going Multiplatform since PS3 exclusives look and play better than multiplats or Xbox exclusive (not trying to start a war, I own both consoles). At least more people will get to experience the Insomniac-made greatness. Also, I liked the name Overstrike better.
Yay, finally an Insomniac game that's not a Sony exclusive. Cant wait to here more about this game.
Cool, liked Overstrike more, but as long as it says multiplatform I'll be happy
*Jumps in to air and kicks heels* Yippee! Finally some more info about the game will be coming out!
Last year's trailer was sweet. I was excited to play the game. I hope they don't alter it too much.
I was wondering what happened to Overstrike just the other day. I guess I know now.
I've been wanting to hear updates about it since it looks interesting to me, surprised they changed the name, hope they don't change the characters too because they looked pretty good to me.
