Oddworld Needs Your Help Renaming Abe's Oddysee

Oddworld Inhabitants is hard at work on the 2.5D remake of Abe's Oddysee. While it sounds like development is running smoothly, the team is running into one small problem: It doesn't know what to call the game.

"We’ve considered Abe’s Oddysee HD, but that makes it sound like we’ve injected bigger pictures into the original engine," Oddworld's blog reads. "This is a grounds-up remake with glorious 3D graphics but retaining the classic 2D gameplay! We need a name that stands out and does it justice!"

If you have a great name in mind, leave it on Oddworld's blog. The winner gets their name in the credits, along with an autographed poster by Oddworld's Raymond Swanland. Don't take too long to think about this, folks. Submissions end on August 10.

this was simultaneously the most frustrating and wonderful game i have ever played. i'd be stuck in sections for DAYS! but the accomplishment when i got the timing down... awesome. TO THE BLOG!

i don't give a hoot what they call it, but i am super excited for this game, i LOVE the original 2, i still have my ps1 copies. Munch's oddysee and strangers wrath are very different games.. i don't like them as much. hopefully they remake the second one as well afterwards yay
