Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Demo Available Now

High Moon Studios is giving you a chance to get an early taste of their upcoming blockbuster game.

Players can experience Transformers: Fall of Cybertron today when they download the free demo on XBLA and PSN. The demo includes the entire first mission, in which the player plays as Bumblebee, defending a starship from the evil Megatron. Players will also be able to play as Vortex, switching between a jet fighter and a chopper to suit their play-style. But perhaps the most impressive thing that this demo features is the full character customization mode. Players can take their custom bots into the online arena in Team Deathmatch and Conquest game modes.

The full game will be released August 21st, but this demo should be more than enough to wet gamer's appetites.

    Awesome! I'll be downloading this off PSN after I get off of work. I want to preorder this game for the DLC. But sadly I have to buy a new monitor, So this game will have to wait a week after release.

    Alright!!!! Now all I need to do, is buy a new PS3 model to let me play PS2 games, and get a new PSN account. My PSN account is still locked out since that new PSN attack occured last year. So I think it's safe to say for myself, I'm gonna sell my PS3. I know, it's not really worth it, but I need to be on PSN!!!!

    great demo. Short but fun. The multiplayer has actually been the best part
