Borderlands 2 Preorders Third-Highest In Take-Two History

2K Games parent company Take-Two said today that Borderlands 2 is currently the third-highest preordered game in the company's history behind only Grand Theft Auto: IV and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Developer Gearbox Software said earlier this month development of Borderlands 2 is complete and will now focus on creating download content. Borderlands 2 releases on September 18 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.

Pre-purchased this on Steam and getting it for the xbox 360 as well. Still extremely disappointing about not getting that big edition, but I think they are really making this one a lot better than the last - which I hated.

Yeah, because you only get the whole game if you pre-order (I.E. the mechromancer class) If you buy the game new you should get it regardless if you pre-ordered or not.

I don't want to buy this game because I don't want to spend the money and be disappointed again. On the other hand, I'll feel pretty stupid when I'm the only person on my friends list not playing Borderlands 2. Stoopid peer pressure.
