The lights are on
The ESA (Entertainment Software Association) has announced that the E3 industry convention will continue to be held at the LA Convention Center through 2015.
The area around the Convention Center is undergoing construction to accomodate AEG's Farmers Field sports and events facility where the current West Hall stands and near the adjacent Staples Center.
The ESA has announced that for E3 2013 in particular, the event will be held at what remains of the Convention Center, the nearby LA Live complex, and "a plethora of venues throughout downtown Los Angeles and the city."
E3 2013 will take place June 11-13.

So the "big announcement" was to say: "Hey! Nothing will change!! Whoop whoop!"?
I'll be taking that Monday off of work again I think.
Awe. I was hoping that it would move somewhere in the east coast. Oh well. Also, it's a good thing they announced the dates for E3 2013. I was wondering about that.
AH HELL NAW
It would be cool if it was held in diferent cities around the U.S. LA is nice but some people may never get to experience it because of the distance. Just a thought.
Well ok than
Lame. Everyone whines about it being in L.A. anyway.
SERIOUSLY? GOSH DANG IT.
