The lights are on
Update: We're still not sure if the Yakuza HD collection is coming to North America, but there is a Japanese trailer for the game.
-------------------------------------
Original Story: The new issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu has reportedly revealed a Yakuza HD collection, which includes the first two titles in the series remastered for PlayStation 3.
The collection is scheduled to release on November 1, 2012 for ¥5,290 ($66) in Japan, according to reports. We don't know what, if any, additional features are included in the collection. A North American release has not been confirmed at this time, either.
Sega is expected to make a full announcement through the website tomorrow. Game Informer contacted the publisher for additional information.
Note: The picture above is from Yakuza 4.

This ought to be neat, especially after Dead Souls- even though it was actually alright and a refreshing change of pace...
Oh I can't wait to I can complete my Yakuza collection
Awesome! I have 3 and 4, but have been waiting on getting the first two, because they are a bit rarer, so this is great news!
Remastered anything is awesome. Hope for an American release!
I'd definitely buy this if it comes to the states. I'm a huge fan of this series.
I hope we get this and it's retail...
Feel like I'll be the only one saying "Shenmue!"
So HD remasters of the first two Yakuza games are coming out first than Shenmue 1&2 HD remasters -_-
I love the Yakuza series but without Shenmue the series probably wouldnt have existed since it was the same developers
gasp, dont care
Yakuza games are actually pretty fun. I enjoy them, and want to see which ones will be in this HD collection.
I would definitely pick this one up.
Hard to call it a collection when it consists of 2/4 games. Same story with the DBZ Budokai nonsense where they didn't bother to include Budokai 2.
