The lights are on
At Comic Con 2012 we got our hands on Assassin’s Creed III’s new multiplayer mode, Wolf Pack.
The mode plays a bit like an Assassin’s Creed version of Gears of War’s popular Horde mode. Up to four players join forces to hunt down and assassinate a list of characters scattered across a map. Like Assassin’s Creed II’s competitive multiplayer, players will want to blend into the crowds and carefully approach their target without being spotted, but in Wolf Pack players will also want to work together to time their kills in order to get more points and bonus time to continue their killing spree. After completing an assassination, players will be given another target to hunt down.
The mode takes a bit of time to get used to, but skilled players who coordinate with their partner will be able to carry their killing streak on to up to 25 sequences.
Manhunt, Wanted and Artifact Assault will also be returning to Assassin’s Creed III, and the previously announced Domination mode (Ubisoft’s version of King of the Hill) will also be in the final product. Kill or be killed in Assassin’s Creed III on October 30.

Where is Assassinate??!?!
I hope that take the multiplayer back to the way it was in brotherhood. I dont mind the custimazation they gave us, but using the credits to buy things, and that vote for what game you want to play next ruined revilations multiplayer for me. If I want to play wanted, I don't want to get one game of wanted in then be out voted before the next round and have to play some other mode.
Stealthy horde more? Niiiiiiiiice
This sounds awesome. I can only imagine some of the numerous ways you will be able to coordinate and kill with the new weapons and stealth abilities.
maybe that is what they meant by co-op... Sounds already done though so I could careless
A cooperative AC-style horde mode? That settles it. I'm pre-ordering this game as soon as I can.
Hopefully this game doesn't get delayed.
