The lights are on
Update: Activision confirmed pricing for the game: $39.99 for Xbox 360 and PS3 and $29.99 for 3DS.
Activision's pulling back the curtain on its E3-announced deal with Angry Birds maker Rovio.IGN reports that the trilogy will include Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons, and Angry Birds Rio (not the newer Angry Birds Space) for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and 3DS this holiday."You can think of the game as the ultimate collector’s edition," Rovio executive vice president of games Petri Järvilehto tells the site. "There are new cinematics, extras and other entertaining content. In addition all of the existing material has been uprezzed and re-treated for the high-resolution and big screen." Strangely, the game will be boxed up for retail instead of being downloadable. Move, Kinect, and StreetPass will all be supported.

No, thank you.
Rabble! Rabble! Rabble! Rabble! Rabble!
$39.99? That is way too expensive.
I am totally stunned. I don't think anyone with a brain would pay $40 for games that are free on their smartphone. Also, wasn't there a statement from Rovio a while back about how consoles are dead.
As always, great job Activision! *** u!
HA I PAYED 1$ FOR PS3 ANGRY BIRDS
holy ***. there better be some dame good content on there.
40$ sounds like a fair price to me ... Now back to brainwash bootcamp.
40 bucks? That seems like a lot for angry birds, even three of them.
Who wants a collector's edition of Angry Birds?
Huh. 40 dollars for a mobile game? Seems more like a rip off just for 3 versions of the same thing.
Why would I buy this when I can just play it on my phone for free?
So they're just making a game they already have and reselling it for more on a different device/console?
Friggin ripoff if you ask me. I got Angry Birds seasons HD for free as part of Apples's app of the week promotion and the Angry Birds games still make me, well, Angry! Wayyyyyyy too luck based and the missions feel practically impossible!
It makes me sad that games like these are taking over. Big step backwards if you ask me >:/
Woah what the hell is up with the price? Unless they added billions of new stuff and super high res CGI I think thats far to steep- hopefully wont sell and I am guessing thats activision doing the pricing.
So, I could get all the games for three dollars on my Ipad, or all the angry bird titles for free on my android phone. And they want me to pay 40$ for it on xbox? Nice try
Rip Off, I could get all 3 of these for free, dont need to pay over 3 times the original price.
Or get it for $3 on your phone... This is stupid and an obvious money grab.
