The lights are on
Sony's puzzle-platformer Papo & Yo is coming August 14 to PlayStation Network for $14.99. PlayStation Plus members get it for $11.99.
The game is part of Sony's "PLAY" promotion where those who purchase two or more games receive bonus cash to use on PlayStation Network. If you pre-order the game on August 7 you'll also get a code to download an exclusive PlayStation 3 Papo & Yo theme.
Other games listed under the PLAY promotion include The Expendables 2 Videogame, Sound Shapes, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive.
Good this is great
When I saw Papo & Yo for the first time, I immediately thought of my imagination as a kid. Just drawing shapes brought back the memory of some realism I had been showing at such a young age all along.
Looks promising enough, but kind of a little pricey seems like... Hmm...
This is one game I will surely check out. Amzaing how the developer came up wiht a game concept out of a troubled childhood. A good therapy tactic indeed.
I am actually interested in this. I think I may buy this when I have the money and when I have already bought Journey. I really need to get and play that game.
This is my most anticipated game of 2012. I know that sounds crazy, but I'm a slave to the Indie Movement.
Wait- it's a Sony exclusive? I have been hyped for this game ever since it was announced! Sigh...
Playstation Plus has more than paid for itself with all the bargains and free games available. I was hesitant to sign up at first but if you like a wide variety of games like myself, there's certainly something on there for free or discounted that will make up the cost.
That being said, count me in on this game. Had my eye on it for a while, and at 12 bucks it's sure to be worth it.
Super excited for this game. One of my highly anticipated games for this year! I hope it is good but just by watching the developer talking about it sounds like there is a ton of dedication and love that is going into the game. Fingers crossed.
PlayStation Plus is good to me.
August 14th, its either this or the new Stoopid album... Sorry Papo & Yo, but I needs me my Stoopid.
I really am interested in this game. Looking forward to it.
I will be all over this!
So many great games coming out on PSN lately. I've been spending 90% of my time playing them rather than the retail games I own. Uh-oh, I see...this is the future
I may have to pick up Counter Strike: Global Offensive for the extra money (since this game looks pretty good).
