More Avatar Skins Announced For Minecraft On Xbox 360

Update: More skins have been revealed for Minecraft on Xbox 360 including Master Chief, Ms. 'Splosion Man, and Banjo from Banjo Kazooie.

The first skin pack will have the above and below mentioned skins along with Carmine from Gears of War, a scientist from Ms. 'Splosion Man, the original Trials biker, and Jack of Blades from the original Fable, along with lots of other non-descript characters.

The Grunt from Halo, 'Splosion Man, and the guy from Trials HD among others are coming to Minecraft for Xbox Live Arcade.

Update 1.7.3 will allow players to choose from the 8 skins already included in the game, as opposed to being randomly assigned a skin. Along with the update, players will also be able to purchase a pack of 40 additional skins, which include the skins outlined above, along with many others.

    That's a definite buy for me- but wait! I could just use these stolen credit cards! Ah, to be the Prince of Darkness; getting a credit card number at the snap of a claw is just... priceless.

    purchase a pack of 40! holy hell that is sad. why can't we choose or create a FREE one like pc?

    40 is a rip off people. hell the 1000 by 1000 world for $15 was a rip off.

    Selling skins as DLC is completely underhanded. It's free on PC, so why not this version, too? Next they'll be charging for new block types and pre-made buildings/weapons.

    Sad that Xbox has to pay for these kind of updates, but can you even play as the grunt from Halo on the PC version?
