At this spot, you'll find the gold LEGO pieces for his door frame high up on a skyscraper. Assemble the frame, and he'll be yours for the low sum of $125,000. You should be warned; he sucks in combat, and his greatest ability is spraying water to clean floors. In other words, he's a walking mop.
