Suda 51 Voicing Logfella In Sword & Sworcery Release

The Japanese release of Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP will see game designer Goichi Suda (Suda 51) voice Logfella in the upcoming release. The Japanese version is due out on June 21 for iOS, PC, and Mac. Suda 51 is best known for creating titles Killer 7, No More Heroes, and Lollipop Chainsaw.

The translation was handled by 8-4 Play.

  • I got this game in the most recent Humble Bundle, and I still haven't played it. It looks good though.

  • Not sure voice acting is an improvement for a game like this. Just having sounds of the forest, animals and footsteps created a unique "silent" adventure.

  • I was already planning on playing this sometime soon, but if it's good enough that Suda'll lend them his voice, it's gotta be worth my time.

  • Theres voice acting in this game? I played through the first half on the humble bundle and there was no voices other than logfella's grunts, dogfella's barks, and the Scythian's shouts.
