The lights are on
The document uncovered a few months ago dates back to 2010, and shows Blu-ray compatibility, augmented reality glasses, a new Kinect, and a 2013 release window. It also shows a $299.99 price point.
The document also references Microsoft's Smart Glass, which was detailed this year at E3. Seeing Smart Glass in the PDF certainly lends some credibility to the document, but that doesn't mean it isn't a fake. Microsoft also could have abandoned the plans detailed here in the two years since it was created.

Evidently Microsoft likes action sports, if the next one really is called the 720.
If the next gen Xbox really launches at 300 Im gonna *** my pants
This was an exhaustive and inclusive document. The XBOX 720 should be a powerful player once it arrives.
$300 sounds fair to me. If anything in that doc is true, I hope it's that.
we'll see ...
56 pages?! No thank you. I'll take your word on it Kyle!
If this is indeed real, I think they would've abandoned the AR glasses by now. Nobody likes having to put on a gaming accessory when they game.
I currently bought a new Xbox 360 because my old one broke. I don't think I can spend another couple hundred dollars again on a new console
I found a few interesting things in that document. For one thing, it mentioned that the next xbox would include more edutainment. it also mentioned a low cost 2012 xbox called the xbox 361. The last strange thing i saw was a link on page 35, on the braid picture. i wont post the link here in case it has a virus, but if anyones interested have a look.
well i dont think its a whole new system at a price tag of 299.99, BUT perhaps these are upgrades for the 360 in some new crazy bundle or something. think like the upgrade for the old N64 and youll see what im thinking.
$300? Really? Damn... that's real believable... really...
