The lights are on
CBS has put in an order for a television show based on the Draw Something property.
The show is being produced by Ryan Seacrest, and much like the game itself, basically sounds like a Pictionary.
“Each week, teams of celebrities and everyday users will test their skills in front of a studio audience to earn money and big laughs. Viewers can also play along at home for a chance to win prizes and compete with the celebrities.”
Maybe a TV show will help reinvigorate Draw Something's fledgling user base.

Uhm wow just wow.
Wow...this is just...so horrible it's funny...
I remember when Draw Something was called Post-it Draw-it.
This is even more desperate than the hasbro game night TV show.
Do they think this brand will draw in a huge audience?
Wonder who'd they get to compete. . . Would still be pretty lame. . .
at least its a gameshow. when i read the title i thought it was going 2 b a comedy or something
damn id be great at this... but everyone says that
OOk, i might just watch this
Excellent now you can watch other people play games you don't care about anymore.
silly. no one is gonna be using draw something by the end of the year
great more crap on tv
I'd give it a half a season before its canceled.
This is the saddest thing I've ever heard in my entire life. I've lost all faith in television, and what it takes to make a show. This makes me think if you film dog crap for a half hour you'll get a half hour slot.
On a count to 3, I want to hear yell NOOOOOOOOOO like the Darth Vader No scream. C'mon, 1......2.....3!!!
Is CBS really this desperate for shows?
