The lights are on
Check out this Etsy seller's hand-crocheted Legend of Zelda afghan. It's incredible. You can find pretty much any kind of handmade good your nerdy heart desires on Etsy, but some products stand out more than others. I think this afghan is one of them. The seller, Niki P, said the first one took her approximately 100 hours to make, and the finished work contained all of Link's 208 pixels. If you want her to make you one, you'll first have to come up with $312 and then find the patience to wait four weeks while she toils away at your fancy made-to-order blankie. If you like her handiwork but want an afghan featuring a different pixelated character, you're in luck--she also accepts custom requests.

cool and first
I feel safer already
Oh, people who have too much time on their hands, what would the world be without you?
It would be a lot more depressing, that's for sure.
I crochet video game themed stuff as well, and I am glad to see that people are excited about this craft. I love combining my crocheting with video games wheteher it is a blanket like this or little amigurumis or even hats and scarfs
Sold!... when the price goes down. Or when I get paid. This may take a while :|
Wow, this is awesome! If I had the $312 to spare, I'd definitely make the purchase. Great job Ms. Niki.
Why didn't I think of this?! I've been working on an afghan too, but now I think a mario blanket is in my future. :D
Dang, that's pretty sweet! Can't say I'd shell out $312 for it, but it's pretty cool.
Huh? Who knew Etsy was actually good for something?
