The lights are on
In honor of Ratchet and Clank's 10th anniversary and to coincide with the release of the Idol Minds-developed Ratchet and Clank Collection due out this summer, Insomniac Games is releasing a brand new title on the PSN this fall. Ted Price, CEO of Insomniac Games, promises that the new title will return to the "classic feel" of the series, with innovative iterations on the early games' familiar third-person camera controls, gameplay, and weapons. He also hints at online play which will allow players to experience the game together, though details aren't available yet.The new title will be "fun-sized," but we're hoping for a full-sized Ratchet & Clank title in the near future. The announcement for Full Frontal Assault teases a "special surprise for North American fans," which could possibly mean a new retail game following this summer's release of the Ratchet And Clank 10th Anniversary HD Collection.

Fun-sized sounds nice and I'll buy it, but I really would hope for a FULL-SIZED Ratchet & Clank game that isn't co-op. I've loved and completed every R&C game except for the last co-op one.
wow this is awesome
I rate this news smexy.
BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
YEEEEEEEEEEES YES YES YES YES YES YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
I was starting to think they might abandon the series since Insomniac said they were done with Resistance.
I bought A Crack In Time a few days ago and I'm having a blast with it. I think I'll buy the Hd Collection and this fun-size game :)!
Yeah i hope it's as good or even better than quest for booty
Yes, please! Cannot wait to see what weapons they have lined up for this one!
Perhaps the tease means this is a prequel that will build up to a retail release? I'd hope so, but this is great too, Insomniac is great and Ratchet has been a favorite of mine for a long time. I was actually thinking that with Overstrike in the works and Ratchet having around 7 titles now that Insomniac was going to let the pair end, but this ruins that theory. With joy of course. :)
ratchet and clank was why i bought a ps2
