See Sly Sneak On The Vita

We know the latest entry into the Sly series is coming to the Vita, but this is first time we've seen it in action.

According to Glen Egan, the president of Sanzaru Games (the developer behind Thieves in Time), the game is a direct port of the the PlayStation 3 version of the game, and it will offer players the ability to pick up where they left off on either system. The Vita version will also take advantage of the Vita's features like the touch screens, and gyroscope.

Both the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions of Thieves in Time will be available this fall.

  • Looks great, I'm getting it.
  • Okay, picking up on your handheld where you left off on your console. I've been begging for this for years. Hell, since before I even knew I was, with the Gameboy. The only reason I don't have a Vita right now is personal time limitations. It's only a matter of weeks before my money is in your hands Sony. And I don't need a price drop so have patience. Thanks for continuing to innovate.
  • i'v been waiting forever for this, so happy!

  • I've never played Sly Cooper.
  • Even though it's by different developers, it's looking like it's shaping up nicely.

  • Why does sly have a beard?
  • Awesome, I will get the Vita version.

  • I really like the idea behind this feature but I have one question, is Sony expecting people to purchase the game twice just to have that feature? Or does it copy from the PS3 to Vita?

EDIT: Saw Sealsaa's reply. I don't understand who would spend that much just play the same game on the go. As he said, there would need to be discounts or some sort of incentive to buy the game twice.

Either way, I'm really looking forward to playing Sly: thieves in time. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint.
  • I love Sly Cooper on the PS3, so I'm sure I'll like this rendition.

  • That's Cool! Looks Fun Cant Wait!

  • Sounds cool but I don't have a Vita so I'll just play it on my PS3.

  • was not interested in this game, but it does seem like a better game to take on the go. No way i'm spending over 100 for both versions of the game, I'm only going to do that for Blops 2 But I may check this game out now for my Vita, need games anyway.

  • How can anything Sly be bad? One of my favorite series.

  • This looks pretty cool, but it would be much better on the console as opposed of the handheld
  • Buying both
  • I'll probably only get this version.  Also, did anyone else notice that the cutscenes kinda looked fuzzy?  It could have just been the build they were using, I suppose.

  • I love the Sly Cooper series!
