It's not the full soundtrack from the first two Tony Hawk games, but there are some good ones in there. Check put the full list below.

That El-P song with Trent Reznor is really good. And Rodney Mullen is the best freestyle streetskater, Kyle. I've never seen him do any big stair sets or skate vert. :P

lol.. just changed my avatar to tony hawk, then this news shows up.. haha gotta love it
also, i'm super ticked off that DEL THA FUNKEE HOMOSAPIEN won't be joining us for THPSHD, but it's okay i guess.. I can't wait to play the game, but couldn't Activision added more songs? Well, I hope there are custom soundtracks.
EDIT: I MEAN SERIOUSLY! there's only 14 songs! That's like a short album! I will be playing this for hours and i can already predict that the music will get old. I'm super suuper excited tho..

No Cigar is an awesome song. More importantly Superman is what was playing during some of my most epic Tony Hawk moments! Super stoked for this now.

Not bad; I'll miss Police Truck by the Dead Kennedy's and Euro Barge by the Vandals, but I have those on CD, so I guess I'll just play those in the background for the hell of it. Can't wait for the release!
