The lights are on
Konami confirmed the release date for the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. The game is coming on June 12.
This version only includes Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. It also features "Transfarring," which enables players to transfer and save data from their Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on PlayStation 3 to the Vita version.
The touch-screen and rear touchpad. are used to zoom in on cut-scenes, peek around corners, interrogate enemies, cycle through weapons, and perform rapid attacks with their knife, Konami says.
its too bad about it not having Peace Walker. I wonder why they left it out. If anything, i'll pick up the ps3 edition. I already have the Essential Collection, but i wouldn't mind paying a few extra bucks to get a nicer looking copy of those games. Plus, I never played Peace Walker
This is one thing the vita does not need a cut down hd remake, it needs stand out exclusive games not on any other system good job my girlfriend bought mine or i would be kicking myself.
got the HD collection for my PS3,best transfer i've played so far.but in a way it just fealt like i was playing my PS2.i still dig it,but it makes me wonder, this is why we can't play games from the older consoles on the current ones.like they want us to buy them all over again.....schemers.
It looks great! As a guy who doesn't have a ps3 or ps2 I can't wait for it to come out I loved peace walker and its sad that it won't be included but even still I think this will be a great addition to my collection.
Why are they making those two games again!? I mean they have the orginals and than they have subsistence.. Granted these two games are great, I don't see the need for them to be made for Ps3 or Vita..
