Sonic Soundtracks Now Available On iTunes
According to Sega's blog, you can now grab a number of Sonic soundtracks from iTunes. Along with a few compilations, you can also grab the soundtracks from Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Heroes, Sonic CD, and Sonic Colors.
Many seem to have fond memories of Sonic Boom from Sega CD. I certainly have memories of the Sonic Heroes theme, after having it ingrained in my brain from the friendly GameCube demo that looped the intro from my retail days, but it would be a stretch to call those memories fond.
In case you were wondering what my favorite line from the Sonic Heroes theme is, it's "Breakin' through your crazy maze, like a laser beam my eyes on you." I think I just appreciate the way the singer totally ignores the conventions of rhyming verse in favor of getting to say, "like a laser beam my eyes on you." There just aren't many words that rhyme with maze, you know what I mean?
